Overview

In line with the organisation’s relevant policies, provide a basis for participants to be able to respect and encourage a climate of dignity at work through understanding and promoting effective working relationships.

Objectives

By the end of the programme, participants will have identified:

* Key characteristics of unacceptable behaviour, and why it can occur in the workplace.
* The characteristics of an effective working relationship, and the part this plays in developing and preserving dignity at work.
* Appropriate interpersonal approaches that can be taken in the event of either receiving or witnessing unacceptable behaviour
* Formal action that can be taken in the event of either receiving or witnessing unacceptable behaviour
