Overview
The aims of the sessions are to work with individuals on a one to one basis to help them to reach their full potential.
Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for setting their own goals, to consider the options thry have and take decisions on how they will achieve them.
Objectives
Participants and their managers determine the goals for these sessions.
Who it is suitable for
Anyone wanting to improve their performance, but for example:
*Team leaders or managers who wish to develop more effective ways of working and enhance their current skill base.
*Trainers who are looking for the opportunity to enhance their training skills.
*Staff who are performing below the requirements of their role or who have specific interpersonal or team issues to resolve. This can form part of the performance management process for the Trust.
Relevance to the KSF
Specific KSF dimensions and indicators are identified at the start of the programme.
