Testimonials

'I just wanted to thank you once again for the brilliant Clinical Leadership Development Programme which I completed in June. I enjoyed the course immensely and its ongoing effects have been quite amazing. I recently had to give a two hour presentation to a group of paediatricians (ranging from Consultant to SHO) and for the first time in my life I actually enjoyed every minute of it! I felt relaxed and confident and the feedback I received was full of praise. It took me by complete surprise and I shall be sharing my little triumph with my learning set when we meet for the first time next month. I can't thank you enough for helping me to overcome such a major hurdle in my working life.'
Paediatric Liaison Health Visitor

‘I feel more confident now and the course helped me to recognise my strengths. The tools are all usable, practical and easy to relate to practice. This programme would benefit all team leaders.’ Paul Maxwell-Brown, Locality Team Leader, Adult Mental Health, South & West Dorset PCT.

‘Meeting so many people from different aspects of the NHS was really helpful. The course exceeded my expectations.’ Karen Hancock, Sister, Poole Hospital NHS Trust.

‘We were given definite tools to use when motivating, coaching, interviewing and disciplining staff. I want other staff from my department to attend as well.’ Janet De Lange, Acting Head of Service, Audiology, Bournemouth Training PCT.

‘The facilitator was extremely focused, well informed and great fun’ Flora Rosevear, Team Leader, Child Health Administration, Bath and NES PCT.

'I needed this course for the team and for my personal development. I have really enjoyed the learning and have been challenged but also supported'

'All the staff who attended have raved about the course both in terms of what they learnt as well as how well the sessions were delivered and presented. We are now going to ensure that the Directorate comes up with a cohesive plan to address some of our key issues' Senior Manager, North Hampshire Hospital
