Testimonials

‘Extremely well facilitated – excellent groundrules – that were well enforced. Lots of difficult issues addressed very difficult to get truly honest responses when so many ‘tribes’ are represented – very good way of addressing the problems that arise from change – I’d definitely use this elsewhere. Consultant

‘Enjoyed the day much more than I expected to. It helped to provide an equal playing field for everyone to be honest about problems and areas which need to be addressed. Excellent and cheerful facilitation’. Consultant.

‘The day helped the team come together ie, M.O.s and Admin staff all working towards the same goal. Helped show that methods of work are not in concrete and can/should be changed.’ Team member.

‘Your skills in dealing with the varied ‘characters’ on the day has resulted in a greater overview of our team in that the comments have opened up many more of my inner thoughts than expected and given me confidence to know I have avenues in which to solve problems.’ Supervisor
