Overview
To enable participants to develop their skills in the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
The whole programme is highly participative, combining the development of underpinning training knowledge with significant daily opportunity to practice new skills and to give and receive feedback on other participants training skills as they develop over the course.
The programme provides a useful gateway to the commencement or continuation of a Training and Development vocational qualification.
PLEASE NOTE: All 3 programmes can be attended as stand alone events, but in order to gain maximum benefit from the Facilitation and Creative Training Techniques modules, a requirement for attending these is a sound base of training design and delivery experience.

John has raised my confidence and I have learnt how to deal with the challenges of being a trainer. Thank you so much!” Delegate from Hillingdon PCT Train the Trainer course.
'A very "big thank you" for your excellent Train the Trainer programme. I recently attended a ROSPA course and was asked to present a programme to a group of people, covering both practical and theoretical elements. I was quite nervous but I am pleased to report the skills which I learnt from attending your course gave me the confidence and ability to gain a creditable 28 out of 30. Thank you for giving me the "Tools to do the Job ",and I hope I can continue to improve & pass on my new found skills to others! Clare Head, NVQ Training Dorset Healthcare Trust
