To raise awareness and practice the key skills involved in coaching to improve performance and maximise potential.
Objectives
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
* Explain the principles of GROW coaching.
* Demonstrate the skills required in varying coaching scenarios.
* State the importance of motivation in coaching success.
* Handle difficult situations sensitively using the coaching style of communication.
* Get the best from the individuals in their team.
* Apply coaching skills in other areas of their lives, as well as in business.
* Produce a robust personal development plan in order to implement and continue the development of individual coaching skills.
