Equality and Diversity

Overview

Diversity is about difference, variety and individuality. It is about appreciating that we are all unique, with our own talents, appearance, needs, backgrounds, ambitions and priorities. This programme is about dovetailing the need to embrace difference and individuality, with the need to be aware of the moral and legal implications of not doing so.
